III. Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:

Oahu CPR Training’s goal is to provide our clients with the right class for them at the right time and in a location that is convenient for them. As such, Oahu CPR Training strives to provide each and every client with a comprehensive selection of class dates at their location, that make it straightforward, secure, and convenient for them to receive their requested class. It is our goal to provide our clients with the ability to schedule a class up to eighteen (18) months in advance allowing our clients maximum flexibility in order to prepare for the class.
When a client schedules a class with Oahu CPR Training and the class is confirmed at a particular location, date, and time, that class time is fully reserved for that client and is not available to other clients. At the time of reservation, that particular date and time is taken out of our scheduling and registration system, so by canceling or rescheduling at short notice, other clients are deprived from being able to use that class time.
Therefore Oahu CPR Training has implemented the following cancelation/rescheduling policies:
Classes that are scheduled and confirmed must be rescheduled at least 48-hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class to allow us time to try to rebook the class time for another client.
Classes that are rescheduled at least 48-hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class will not incur a re-scheduling fee or penalty.
Classes that are rescheduled after 48-hours prior to the scheduled class start time, but prior to 24-hours before the scheduled class start time will incur a $20.00 rescheduling fee.
Classes that are rescheduled later than 24-hours prior to the scheduled class start time will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee to reschedule the class.
Classes that are cancelled at the request of the client prior to 48-hours before the scheduled start time of the class will receive a full refund of class registration fees paid.
Classes that are cancelled at the request of the client after 48-hours prior to the scheduled class start time, but prior to 24-hours before the scheduled class start time will receive a 50% refund of the class registration fees paid.
Classes cancelled with 24-hours notice or less from the scheduled start time of the class will not be entitled to a refund for the class registration fees and all fees collected will be considered earned by the company for scheduling the class on our appointment calendar which does not allow other clients to book the time slot.
If an instructor arrives at the scheduled location at the scheduled time and the client can not be located or is not available for the class, the class will be cancelled due to client no-show and the client shall not be entitled to receive a refund of the class registration fees paid and a new class registration fee will have to be paid to reschedule the class.

IV. Mileage Fee:

Training that is conducted on-site at the clients location will be assessed a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile for instructor travel to the location.
Mileage fee shall be calculated using Google Maps and shall only be calculated one-way from our address to the training location address. Return mileage will not be charged.
Mileage fee shall be included on the invoice that you will receive when scheduling the class.

V. Certified Mail Fee:

Certification cards will be mailed to the client using Certified Mail once they have been processed.
When the certification card has been shipped to the client, you will receive an email which contains a Tracking Number for the Certified Mail.
A $7.00 fee will be included on the invoice to cover postage and Certified Mailing fees.

VI. Hold Harmless:

Due to the physical nature of the training classes that we provide, all participants that take part in a class offered by Oahu CPR Training must sign a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement before they will be allowed to participate in the class.
If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must also sign the release before the participant will be allowed to participate in the class.

 VII. Replacement Certification Cards:

If you happen to loose your certification card, replacement cards for classes taught by Oahu CPR Training can be ordered for a Replacement Card Fee of $10.00 plus $7.00 to cover Certified Mail Fee.

Replacement digital certification cards for American Safety & Health Institute classes taught by Oahu CPR Training can be reordered at any time while the certification is valid at no additional cost.
